Follow-Up Question Tool > Question List Page
Registry Managers can create follow-up questions and question groups that can be sent to Registrants via the Registrant Portal as follows:
Filter Displayed Questions
To filter the displayed questions on this page, perform the following steps:

Choose from the following filter options:
- To filter by key words, enter the filter criteria in the Filter By Key Words box.
- To filter by the status of the question group, use the Filter By Status box.

Click the Filter button.
The questions are displayed by the specified filter criteria.
Add New Question
To add a new question group, click the Add New Question link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question page displays.
Go To Question Group List
To view the follow-up question groups, click the Go to Question Group List link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Preview Questions
To preview a question as it would appear to the Registrant, click the Preview Question link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Preview Question page displays for the appropriate question.
Activate\Deactivate Question
If you no longer require Registrants to answer a specific follow-up question, click the Deactivate button that corresponds to the question. Alternatively, if you need to capture the information for an inactive question, click the appropriate Activate button.
